They are professional and trustworthy in everything they do: from confirming the time and date of the appointment, to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with all aspects of their service at the end of the visit. They provide all their own cleaning products and equipment and I have never seen anyone work harder to give your home or office the sparkle it deserves. They also never let you down by cancelling an appointment and are "on the dot" punctual in their arrival times. 100% recommended

We have been using Pristineclean123 for weekly house cleans for over a year now. Excellent service from James & Shaun who always do a great job, at really reasonable prices and even live up to my very high standards of OCD which many previous cleaning companies haven’t. A brilliant service from my first contact to my ongoing fortnightly clean. Due to health issues I struggle with cleaning and this has given me back a nice, clean home. The quality of the service is first class. James is very friendly and I have 100% confidence in him in my house. A lovely clean smell of freshness in my house when he has been. James is the most caring understanding and efficient cleaner i've ever had. He is absolutely fantastic and accomidating to all my whims and made me feel incredibly comfortable while cleaning my home after health problems and not being able to clean as much. He was also very accomidating to my partner who has extreme anxiety of strangers coming in the house. He understood and worked around our needs, he kept me laughing and never judged me once even though i felt embarrassed of the mess. If i could give 1000 stars i could but all i can say is to get James because he is an absolute star. he finished to an amazing standard i'd never seen it so clean.

Fabulous service right from when I first enquired, to my ongoing fortnightly clean.
